Remembreath is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase — you receive access to your full reading immediately, with no waiting period. Because of this instant, irreversible delivery, our refund policy reflects standard practice for digital goods.

Refund Window

What Qualifies

A technical issue prevented you from accessing your reading, and we were unable to resolve it
You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
You purchased by mistake and have not yet viewed your full reading

What Generally Doesn't Qualify

Simply changing your mind after viewing the full reading
Disagreement with the content or interpretation of your chart
Entering incorrect birth data (we're happy to help you recalculate — see below — but this isn't grounds for a refund on its own)

Wrong Birth Data?

If you entered the wrong birth date, time, or location, you don't need a refund — your access link lets you recalculate your chart with the correct data at any time, at no extra cost.
